About Me
Coaching isn't just a job, it's my entire life. It's my passion, my drive - what makes me wake up and the last thing I think about before sleeping.
I've been coaching CrossFit for 8 years, and opened my own box in 2024. Since, I've developed my coaching skills beyond just CrossFit: nutrition, gymnastic, Hyrox, weightlifting, and others.
Working with me is like learning how to pass your driving license; you're driving, holding the wheel, learning, and I'm just here as a backup. My goal is not to drive you around for the rest of your life, but to help you be independent on the long term.
I like to challenge not only physically but on all levels of your health. To make sustainable changes, we need to look at the big picture - and that's what we do, together.
I'm very selective with the people I work with. I do not work with more than 5-6 clients at a time, to maintain high quality and deep involvement into the programs of each client.
I do not work with people for less than 3 months. There will be plenty of other qualified coaches than can help you with short term goals, but I'm not one of them.
